Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the general ledger, coordinating with a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner, supporting tax and accounting audits, with support to local and international teams to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the BPO partner to ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions.
- Support tax and accounting audits.
- Coordinate with local and international teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting across different regions.
- Review and analyze financial statements and reports to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Treasury department to manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management.
- Support internal controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Stay current with accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience working with BPO partners.
- Experience coordinating with international teams.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP highly preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 - $160,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
