Job Description

As a Bell Services Agent, you will:

• Escort incoming hotel guests to rooms, assist with hand luggage, and provide information about hotel services, facilities, points of interest, and attractions.
• Inspect guests’ rooms to ensure furnishings are in order and supplies are adequate.
• Explain features of the room such as operation of radio, television, night-lock, and telephone calls.
• Page guests in the lobby, dining room, or other areas of the hotel.
• Deliver messages, run errands, and handle room service orders.
• Pick up articles for laundry and valet service.
• Transport guests around the premises or local areas using a car or motorized cart.
• Keep records of calls for service.
• Deliver luggage and set up sample rooms.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 90-100% of the shift.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• At least 18 years old with a valid FL Driver’s License to operate golf carts.
• Westgate Resorts is a smoke and tobacco-free workplace. Applicants who use tobacco products will not be considered.
• Must pass background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the U.S.
