Join a leading logistics company in Ridgefield, WA. This indoor role is physically demanding - you'll be moving freight and lifting up to 75 lbs consistently. Pay starts at $19/hr with a steady schedule of Sunday 6:00am-2:30pm and Monday-Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm, plus plenty of overtime opportunities. How You'll Help
- Moving and handling large and cumbersome freight in a dock environment (50-75 lbs).
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA, Company policies and/or procedures and customer specific requirements.
- Utilizing proper handling techniques to ensure the customer's freight is protected from damage.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound Freight is accurately and efficiently received and shipped daily in accordance with company procedures.
- Organize and direct inbound and outbound freight to route and line haul trailers.
- Assisting with administrative duties related to shipments.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

- Ability to champion business needs in a collaborative manner to colleagues.
- Physical labor (bending crouching, etc.).
- Environment of physical activity, including bending, stretching, lifting, etc. Repeatedly lift, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time. Walk (up to 100 yards per occasion), loud noise.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
