The anticipated base salary range for this position is $20 to $25 hourly. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.

Reporting Structure
The Production Operations Assistant reports directly to the Assistant Manager, Production Operations.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Data entry and maintenance of Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and fabric contents information into system
- Run the drop shipment report every season for international / wholesale customers and split factory purchase orders to correct warehouses
- Maintain all factory PO’s and work closely with the Production team to execute any revisions needed- Xport/ NDC changes, size breaks, split deliveries, cancelations, price changes etc.
- Create and maintain purchase order tracking charts
- Enter cost sheets- FOB and indirect costs into the system once finalized by Production
- Collaborates with cross functional partners to meet deadlines and proactively anticipate issues
- Protects Vince information integrity by insuring that all purchasing system data is complete and accurate
- Reinforce Vince’s core values by engaging all internal and external partners with a high degree of professionalism
- Contributes to a positive-solution based team environment
- Assist with style setup when needed

Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:
- 4-year college degree strongly preferred
- Ability to multi-task with great attention to detail
- Must be organized and adaptable to assist in multiple projects at once
- Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to work in/with cross-functional teams
- Strong ability to work in a face-paced environment
- Must feel comfortable being driven by deadlines with a high sense of urgency
- Must proactively approach problem-solving
- Must have ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Strong proficiency in Excel and all Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Outlook
