As an Oracle Recruiting Cloud Senior Consultant, you’ll provide domain, functional, and technical expertise required to effectively design and implement recruiting/talent acquisition solutions on Oracle Cloud HCM recruiting modules. Travel to client sites is required up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Recruiting solutions;
Configure and implement Oracle Recruiting Booster modules based on client requirements;
Work with the client to develop business solution designs to ensure that business requirements are met;
Participate in all stages of the project life cycle from design to testing and deployment;
Document and perform application set-ups in test and production instances;
Raise issues as they come up and work on resolutions in a timely manner to ensure adherence to the project schedule;
Participate with the respective client functional lead throughout system testing.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a consulting environment or related industry experience working directly with Oracle Cloud HCM;
Experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Recruiting Consultant in a lead role on at least 2 full cycle implementations;
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
