Amazon's Global Stores (GS) offer customers access to Amazon’s worldwide selection with localized search, browse experience, local payment options, end-to-end delivery, and native customer service on local Amazon marketplaces. GS simplifies cross-border shopping by handling customs and guaranteeing no additional duties beyond checkout.

The RBS AGS team aims to enhance GS customer experience and maximize revenue by fixing cross-listing, Buyability, discoverability, and detail page issues at scale.

Key responsibilities include maximizing AGS selections' revenue potential, improving selection availability, enhancing GS ASIN exposure, and facilitating customer purchase decisions through business analytics.

As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will:

  • Translate business problems into analysis requirements.
  • Define analytical approaches.
  • Present updates and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
  • Influence business leaders and technical teams using data insights.
  • Contribute to PRFAQ development.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in requirements definition and data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders with business recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer segmentation, behavior analysis, conjoint/trade-off modeling.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Quicksight.
