- Regularly lift, push, pull, or move items 45-50 lbs; team lift 45-60 lbs
- Unpack and sort incoming packages
- Prepare outgoing freight for delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with team lifts for heavier items as needed
