What You’ll Do:
The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for managing the accounts payable function for assigned markets and/or vendors, with additional general accounting responsibilities as assigned. This position involves minimal data entry, requiring candidates to possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of accounts payable for assigned markets and/or vendors.
- Review, analyze, and resolve discrepancies in invoices, payments, and vendor information.
- Ensure precise general ledger coding for invoices, Pcard charges, and expense reports.
- Execute batch check runs, ACH transactions, and maintain current accounts payable aging schedules.
- Collaborate with outside vendors, Support Center, and Operations teams to promptly address questions and resolve issues.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
- Assist in period-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliation of vendor statements, corporate cards, general ledger accounts.

- Is comfortable with learning new technologies and a paperless environment.
- Proficient in Office 365 Suite, including Microsoft Excel – experience with lookups and pivot tables a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or comparable experience preferred but not required.
