Nothing Bundt Cakes customer service representatives work with our guests to create Joy! You’ll help guests order the right cake for their celebrations and ensure their orders go off without a hitch, creating an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting cakes for celebrations and help ensure orders are accurate and timely.


• Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide exceptional guest service.


• Contribute to a cheerful, generous, and joyful bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.


• Ability to work day shifts; Monday to Friday with no late nights; weekend availability required.
