We are seeking passionate Architects to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate on a diverse range of cultural, institutional, and residential projects, engaging in all phases of the design process. Responsibilities

Collaborate with staff and Project Managers to develop design layouts and frameworks, including preparing drawings and specifications.

Support project management by translating the Project Manager’s decisions into actionable steps, tracking progress, and ensuring successful project execution.

Produce technical design materials, drawings and renderings while recommending solutions that align with client needs.

Assist in writing and reviewing project documentation, specifications, takeoff and calculations.

Provide recommendations for the planning, design, and coordination of complex projects.

Conduct studies of design and planning to ensure alignment with project goals.

Research building codes, zoning regulations, and project requirements to ensure compliance and sustainability practices.

Mentor junior staff and interns, sharing expertise and providing guidance as needed.

Guide a specific scope of project while delegating tasks and overseeing the work of junior staff and interns.

Participate in site visits to assess project conditions and ensure design accuracy.

Manage multiple tasks on different projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met through effective collaboration and minimal oversight.

Skills/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of relevant architectural experience.

Skilled in creating design studies and technical drawings that follow industry standards and conventions.

Proactive and collaborative, demonstrating a can-do attitude and leadership skills to guide junior staff and interns.

Demonstrates proactivity in taking initiative and problem-solving, applying established standards and best practices to new projects and tasks with efficiency and adaptability.

Skilled in leading, managing, and organizing tasks for junior staff and interns.

Has a keen ability to manage multiple tasks across various projects while effectively meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Highly organized, professional, and punctual, with excellent communication skills.

Willingness to participate in industry events and firm-wide activities to foster professional development and networking.

Programs/Software

Proficient in a BIM environment, with capability in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino.

Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

Pay Range:

The salary is estimated between $90,000-$110,000 plus bonuses and benefits, contingent on relevant experience.
