Overview

IT Portfolio Manager role at Cirrus. The IT Portfolio Manager will own the IT portfolio of investments and the portfolio management capability. This role will provide governance and oversight of IT projects to ensure goals are accomplished on time, and within scope and budget in alignment with the IT roadmap strategy. Provides strategic direction for the process, methodology, tool, demand intake and reporting/scorecarding within the portfolio. Utilizes servant leadership to an agile team by educating and coaching team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiencies, delivering incremental customer value, and embracing continuous improvement. This position will be part of the Information Technology team. Responsibilities

Responsible for the planning and onboarding of project processes and small programs Maintains and communicates the overall portfolio of IT projects, including financial management and resources to track initiatives Maximizes resource allocation based on resource availability and prioritized projects Champions strong IT governance in the project management framework and mentors project managers in its development and continuous improvement Implement and core administrator of the Project Portfolio Management software Create project process for consistency and alignment across business units Facilitate and maintain collaborative relationships with IT leaders, business partners and key stakeholders, ensuring engagement early in the project life cycle Lead, coach and develop a team of IT Project Managers Demonstrate ongoing commitment to professional growth in agile project/program management and other key areas Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience 8+ years in portfolio and/or business technology management 5+ years leading a team using agile practices PMP and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) Growth mindset and Servant Leadership mentality Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and effective communication across multiple levels Ability to manage competing work demands and multiple initiatives Preference for experience in manufacturing environments delivering ERP, MES, or product development systems Competencies
