is looking for a
Field Service Project Supervisor
to join their safety-conscious team in
Pasco, WA . The Field Project Supervisor is responsible for managing a wide range of environmental projects including but not limited to tank cleaning, utility work, equipment and facility decontamination, site remediation, and emergency response. You will also oversee the field workforce. The manager must ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to and that job requirements (budget and schedule) are met.

Responsibilities
Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and procedures, acting safely at all times
Serve as Project Manager for Clean Harbors Environmental Construction group for environmental, civil construction, and demolition projects
Prepare proposals, including cost estimates, work scopes, and schedules
Develop relationships with key customers, understanding their concerns and priorities
Provide engineering and technical support to field service offices
Assist with procurement for projects, including materials, equipment rental, temporary labor, and subcontractors
Enforce policies related to Health & Safety, working closely with the Director of Health and Safety
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in civil or Geological engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Sciences, or related fields preferred
5+ years' Project Management experience in Water Filtration
Cost estimating experience and ability to develop and present Project Change Orders
Ability to review and interpret technical specifications and drawings
Excellent communication and writing skills
Strong environmental remediation background
Proficient in Windows-based software including Word and Excel
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
Strong customer management skills
Knowledge of Federal and State remedial site regulations
Ability to travel
