is looking for an Account Executive (Inside Sales) to provide loans for real estate investors seeking financing for residential (1-10 unit) investment properties, including DSCR Loans, RTL (Bridge/Fix And Flip), and Ground-Up SFR Construction Loans. The ideal candidate will have sales and real estate experience, with a strong interest and capability in converting inbound leads. The successful candidate should possess excellent sales and communication skills, be able to connect with real estate investors, and assist throughout the loan origination process by establishing trust, demonstrating product knowledge, maintaining responsive communication, and building relationships. Experience in mortgage loan originations is preferred; alternative experience in general sales, lead conversion, or real estate (acquisitions, leasing, wholesaling, etc.) is also advantageous. Loan Program and Support: Extremely competitive rates and loan programs for DSCR loans, with current rates starting at
5.99% , including industry-leading options for STRs, short-seasoned cash-out refinance loans, and Mixed Use / Multifamily up to 10 Units. Industry-leading hard money bridge loans with rates starting at 8.9%, 90% LTC, and 48-hour closes (no term sheets required). Fully licensed and lending in 47 states (excluding ND, NV, SD). Extensive marketing support and inbound leads through SEO, Google, BiggerPockets, social media advertising, and a team of BDRs prospecting leads. Over 30 inbound qualified leads per week. Tasks and Responsibilities: Convert prospected and inbound leads into live deals, maintaining relationships throughout the loan origination process by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Convert successful borrowers into repeat clients for long-term financing relationships. Update and log all contacts and deals daily in the company's CRM, maintaining accurate information to support management decisions and marketing efforts. Develop a thorough understanding of Easy Street Capital’s loan programs to communicate confidently and professionally with potential borrowers, representing the company with integrity and expertise. Experience in a sales, account executive, mortgage lending, real estate leasing, or brokerage role is preferred. Ownership or interest in real estate investment properties is a plus. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software is preferred. Driven, confident, with a strong desire to succeed and meet high origination targets. Positive attitude, accountability, and ability to thrive under a commission-oriented compensation structure.
