What We’re Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Senior Project Analyst to join our team! This position’s primary responsibilities include working directly with internal business and clinical partners, IT product owners, and when applicable, external vendor partners to build extensive relationships, understanding how technology can be applied to solve complex business problems or enhance business outcomes, then plan and execute complex enterprise projects. The Senior Project Analyst also uses project management best practices to coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle. This role works directly with Project Development team leadership to assist with staff onboarding and provides support and guidance for other Project Analysts.

On a Typical Day, You Might

Discover and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of project requirements and processes to deliver IT system outcomes that meet user and organization needs. Work with business partners to assess the efficiencies and effectiveness of overall enterprise responsibilities to ensure business requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. Expand own skills and knowledge of Medicaid Integrated Care and Prepaid Health Plan operations through participation in meetings, trainings, self-directed education, structured research, and other available resources to serve as an input into Executive team and team member’s knowledge and decision supports. Define the project charter, integrated project plan, scope plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts (including schedule and timeline). Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. Develop communication plans and interfaces to execute on responsibilities. Define requirement specifications according to standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely.

Education

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Software Development, Business, Management, Finance, Math, Science, Healthcare or similar technical disciplines. Requires certification.

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s degree with a major in Information Technology, Engineering, Software Development, Business, Management, Finance, Math, or similar technical disciplines.

Experience

Associate’s degree and a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in Product or Project Management, Business Analysis, IT or business operations. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements.

OR

Equivalent combination of education/experience.

Preferred Experience

Four (4) or more years of direct project management experience leading complex initiatives with substantial exposure to enterprise-wide project-based work structure and project lifecycle methodologies.

License/Certification

Two year degree requires certification.

A valid active driver’s license is required to be maintained for this position

Preferred License/Certification

Certification in Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP or PMI-ACP, ITIL, or International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) CCBA or CBAP, Certified Scrum Master (CMS), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or an equivalent certification will be accepted.

Location:

Must reside in North Carolina.

Must reside in NC to be considered for remote status.

Must be able to travel to a Trillium office location and within catchment as required.
