Serve as the customer's advocate and trusted advisor; act as the bridge between Aidoc and our customers by proactively managing and growing customer relationships, including identifying key stakeholders. Lead discussions with customers (top physicians in prestige medical centers). Understand each customer’s pain points and workflow and demonstrate how our AI solutions add value to their departments. Define next steps and collaborate with R&D teams to drive outcomes. Onboard new customers with the technical team and ensure smooth adoption. Drive product enhancements by representing the customer perspective and working cross-functionally with Product, Data, and AI teams. Demonstrate value through data analysis and storytelling; perform research initiatives and present insights to customers. Requirements
BSc in science, engineering, or any quantitative field (MSc preferred). 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, customer-facing analytics, project management, or related roles. Experience in a SaaS high-tech/startup environment with agile practices is an advantage. Experience with data analytics; experience in medical imaging and radiology is an advantage. Experience in stakeholder management and leading customers to success, preferably at executive level. Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Analytical, data-driven decision-making mindset; comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineering teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work in PST/MST time zones and travel up to 25%. Working at Aidoc
