Who You Are The Mid-Market Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Revver will ensure successful client adoption and satisfaction. You will serve as the main contact, providing strategic guidance, addressing client needs, and driving value from our solutions. A proactive, customer-centric approach is essential for building strong relationships and loyalty.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
3-5 years in customer success, account management, or SaaS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in CRM and customer success tools
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions
Customer-focused attitude
Proactive, self-motivated, and organized
Collaborative team player
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding:
Manage seamless onboarding and implementation.
Relationship Management:
Build long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor.
Customer Support:
Address inquiries and issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams.
Proactive Engagement:
Regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify improvements.
Value Realization:
Maximize client value through best practices and upselling.
Renewals and Retention:
Drive renewals and reduce churn by demonstrating ongoing value.
Feedback Loop:
Relay client feedback for product and service improvements.
Reporting:
Keep accurate records in CRM.
Training and Education:
Conduct training sessions on features and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's in business or marketing
Salesforce experience
Based in Utah, willing to report to Lehi office 1-2 days/week
