Soundtrack is expanding its presence in the United States. This role is remote initially and sits within Soundtrack’s Revenue team. You will manage your own portfolio of US customers, ensuring high satisfaction and opportunities for growth and expansion. Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of customers and drive retention and growth by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed Build strong relationships with customers through video calls and email Guide new customers through Soundtrack products, including training and inspiration, to ensure quick value and adoption Collaborate with internal teams and align resources to achieve results Ensure portfolio growth over time Participate in internal projects that support customer experience and scalability, such as customer case studies and process optimization About You

Passionate about guiding customers to success and helping them reach goals Enjoy working with digital products and software Able to work independently, take initiative and plan your time while thriving as part of a team Interested in driving scalability and customer experience using digital tools, automations and AI Confident in contract renewals and negotiations Skilled at building relationships with stakeholders, including users and executives Comfortable managing a large customer portfolio at scale Requirements

2-3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Executive in a SaaS business, preferably B2B, targeting the US market Experience with mid-size businesses and a product-led approach, using customer data to drive success Based in New York to support office plans and align with Sweden time zone Understanding of the US business environment and culture Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken; additional languages are a bonus Solid experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration or related field Beneficial Requirements

Experience working remotely and independently Background with Pro-AV integrators, audio manufacturers or similar where you support customers with technical audio solutions Ability to bridge technical knowledge with consultative sales as a trusted advisor Location

Salary: $75,000-$100,000 The salary range follows local requirements and may vary based on experience, location, and qualifications. The offer is tailored to the candidate.
