Duetto
Duetto is seeking a curious and data-driven Product Analyst to join the Product Analytics team. You will partner with Product and Engineering to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights, answer the "why" behind the numbers, build dashboards, and develop trusted datasets that power strategic decisions for product managers, engineers, and executives.
Responsibilities
Deep-Dive Analysis & Storytelling:
Partner with Product Managers to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses. Use SQL and Python to explore user behavior, identify trends, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations that shape the product roadmap.
Product Experimentation & Measurement:
Design, monitor, and analyze A/B tests for new features. Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure business impact and ROI of new initiatives.
Develop Insightful BI Reporting:
Design, build, and maintain dashboards that track product adoption, user engagement, and experiment performance for diverse stakeholders.
Build and Maintain Trusted Data Sets:
Curate and document core datasets that serve as the single source of truth for product analytics. Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability.
Cross-functional Partnership:
Work with Data Scientists, Engineering, and Product to define metrics, evaluate experiments, and prioritize data needs. Champion data quality and consistency across teams.
Qualifications
3+ years in product analytics, BI development, or a similar data-focused role.
Expert SQL skills (window functions, performance tuning) on cloud warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
Proven delivery of production dashboards in BI platforms (QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
Proficiency in Python (pandas) for data wrangling and basic statistical analysis.
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
Strong business acumen and ability to connect data insights to product strategy and user needs.
Ability to move from open-ended questions to polished insights and communicate them effectively.
Comfortable balancing roadmap work with ad-hoc investigative requests.
Hospitality, travel, or revenue management experience is a plus but not required.
