Sales Executive - LoopNet, Indianapolis, IN. CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces.

LoopNet is part of CoStar Group and is a digital marketplace for commercial real estate. This role represents LoopNet’s digital advertising and marketing solutions to owners and brokers, developing digital marketing strategies and showcasing portfolios online. On-site role in Indianapolis, IN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and advise on their strategic marketing plan.
  • Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales and close new business.
  • Teamwork – Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  • Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, CRE trends, and your market territory.
  • Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding client support, share market insights, and offer solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Travel – Build relationships through regular in-person meetings, which may require travel by car and outside the driving radius of the office.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence, or data & analytics.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a focus on customer experience.
  • Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory driving record abstract prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building long-term relationships with senior/C-Suite clients.
  • Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.
  • Regular access to an operating motor vehicle.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and within a team in a high-growth environment.
