Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

A well-established heavy equipment dealer with 25+ locations across the Southeast is seeking an Accounting Manager for its Riverview, FL office. This new role will oversee daily accounting operations, lead a small team, and support leadership with accurate reporting and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff and senior accountants, plus AP personnel.
• Manage AP, GL, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Review work for accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Support ongoing ERP integration and entity consolidation projects.
• Partner with leadership on budgets, forecasts, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance.
• CPA Required
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including people management / supervision.
• Strong communicator and team leader.
• On-site role in Riverview, FL.
