* Provide culturally responsive services to OYA youth and families, including cultural education, awareness activities, and support groups.* Advocate for youth and families by participating in case reviews, multidisciplinary teams (MDTs), and ensuring that youth have equitable access to services and resources.* Plan, coordinate, and facilitate multicultural and culturally specific events, celebrations, and group activities for OYA youth statewide.* Collaborate with community partners, tribal nations, and organizations to connect youth with mentoring, educational opportunities, cultural programs, and other supportive services.* Deliver staff training and consultation to help OYA employees recognize, refer, and respond to the unique needs of underrepresented youth, while integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion into everyday practice.* Document youth engagement and service outcomes through attendance records, cultural service questionnaires, and incident reports, while ensuring custody and security remain top priorities.* This recruitment announcement will be used to establish a list of qualified candidates to fill current and future vacancies* Comprehensive and equitable base salary offer within the listed range based on your experience, skills and education.
