NOW HIRING - FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM (AMERICAN AIRLINES, DFW AIRPORT).

This position leads the American Airlines Lounge operations at DFW Airport and requires working weekends/evenings.

Salary: 70000 - 75000; Pay Grade: 13. This role is eligible for an Employee Referral Bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction through effective and efficient service, strong team leadership, and a clean, pleasant environment.
• Maintain accurate reporting (daily operations, inventory, scheduling).
• Train, develop, and mentor a team focused on quality.
• Create crew schedules and manage staffing according to labor models and guest traffic.
• Assist with ordering, accounting, and maintaining product and supply inventories.
• Act on violations of safety, sanitation, and security policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Food & Beverage management experience (hotel/restaurant, chain, or multi-unit).
• Experience with food costing and inventory; labor costs and scheduling oversight.
• Self-motivated and passionate about guest service delivery.
• Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
• Minimum 2 years’ high-volume F&B experience.
• Demonstrated passion for motivating a guest-centric team.
