Overview

The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects ARDMS tutors with thousands of students nationwide. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—from the comfort of your home.

Pay is shown in the job post and ranges from $18.00/hr to $40.00/hr based on base contract rates, subject area, and session repetition with the same student.

What You’ll Do

• Provide online tutoring to ARDMS students via the Live Learning Platform.
• Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
• Receive payments via the platform, with pay issued up to twice per week.
• Be matched with students that fit your teaching style and expertise.
• Leverage the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time support and resources.
• Handle invoicing; the platform manages payments.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and an engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in ARDMS with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Preference given to those with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education.
