About The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to help us deliver a smooth, thoughtful, and efficient hiring experience. In this role, you will support our recruiting team across every stage of the process, from initial outreach and scheduling to offer and onboarding. You will ensure that both candidates and hiring managers have a seamless experience.
This position will begin as a contract-to-hire role, with a conversion discussion taking place within the first 2 to 3 months. It is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to make a direct impact on a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage all scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews, including coordinating with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, clear communication, and a consistently positive experience.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support job postings, interview planning, candidate feedback loops, and follow-up communication.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in our applicant tracking system, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some hands-on experience in coordination, operations, or administrative support (internships, part-time jobs, or volunteer roles count)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on candidate experience.
- Ability to anticipate needs, act with a sense of urgency, and solve problems.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever is a plus.
