Entry Level Accountant

Oklahoma City, OK - South OKC

Our client is hiring for an entry level accountant. This is a great opportunity for a recent accounting graduate looking to begin their career!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Record daily financial transactions in accounting software
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Prepare and submit tax forms as needed under supervision
• Provide support for audits and other financial reviews
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional accounting environment

Compensation
$45 - 50k depending on education and experience.
