Position Overview

We are seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month project in St. Joseph, MO. The schedule will be Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $25.00/hour.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and expectations.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and networks to identify qualified talent.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and facilitate the offer process.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of candidate interactions.

Requirements

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience (manufacturing industry a plus).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
