Overview

The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects AANP tutors with students nationwide for online tutoring. As a tutor on the platform, you’ll set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make an impact on students’ learning journeys—from home.

Responsibilities

• Tutor 1-on-1 online, provide personalized instruction to individual students.
• Connect with students on-demand when available.
• Use the Live Learning Platform to deliver instruction remotely; leverage available AI-powered tools to enhance sessions.
• Invoice for tutoring sessions and manage payments (logistics handled by Varsity Tutors).

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in AANP and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects; pay can reach up to $40/hour with same student sessions.
