Mid-Level Cybersecurity/Watch Floor Analyst
to join our security team. In this role, you will help protect our digital assets by detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity threats. The ideal candidate has foundational security knowledge and experience or coursework involving
Splunk . Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of Splunk/SOC experience. Bachelor’s degree in a computer science-related field. Active Top Secret Clearance. Ability and willingness to do shift work. Main Responsibilities:
Monitor networks for security issues. Investigate security breaches and incidents. Document breaches and assess damage. Perform tests to uncover vulnerabilities, including penetration testing. Fix vulnerabilities to maintain security standards. Recommend IT security best practices. Install security measures like firewalls and encryption. Conduct analysis, confirm intrusions, and create forensic copies of files. Decrypt data and provide technical summaries. Analyze recovered data and perform dynamic analysis. Support real-time cyber defense tasks for Incident Response Teams. Preferred Qualifications:
