BluePearl Pet Hospital is looking for a passionate Veterinary Technician Supervisor for both our day and evening shifts. We are seeking someone who can motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Pay: $ - $ / hour + competitive shift differentials!
We offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked during nights and weekends. Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum.

8am to 6pm = $ Shift Differential As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will… Serve as a mentor to technical staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills, and business knowledge. Coach team members to be proactive in addressing patient and client needs and seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations. Work with hospital leadership to organize technician and assistant meetings. Organize training schedules for technician staff. Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution. Provide feedback to leadership and work to develop performance improvement plans. Other related duties as assigned. Why BluePearl? Our passion is pets.
