BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our ER department!
This position is eligible for qualified candidates to receive up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
Schedules:
Day, Swing, or Overnight with weekend availability.
LVT II Pay:
$27.25 - $38.80 / hour This pay band is a starting point and depends on experience and advancement through the Kahuna leveling system. We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked during nights and weekends. Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum. Examples: Mon - Fri: 6pm to 8am = $4.00 Shift Differential Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.50 Shift Differential Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $4.00 Shift Differential
Position Overview:
We are looking for an exceptional Veterinary Technician who enjoys patient care and working in a fast-paced, challenging, and collaborative environment. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities:
Triage and obtain patient history Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR Place IVCs and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines, or PICC lines Perform advanced radiographs Monitor and care for ventilator cases Provide Level 2 & 3 inpatient care Work alongside skilled technicians and assistants, with a passion for mentoring and training.
