Responsibilities
Think and own the full life cycle of our products, from business requirements and technology selection to coding standards, agile development, testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
Design, develop and maintain platforms and data pipelines across fintech domains.
Build stable, scalable, and performant systems to meet the dynamic financial landscape.
Write high-quality code and mentor others in the team and wider organization.
Collaborate with other teams and departments.
Lead with a strategic mindset, inspiring innovation and driving vision into reality.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to advance product and technology goals.
Contribute to recruiting and onboarding exceptional talent.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
8+ years of experience with strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Scala, or C# with a track record of high-performance applications; experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Apache Spark) and strong SQL/data architecture knowledge.
Systems thinking, edge cases and failure modes awareness.
Metrics-driven decision making and a passion for software craftsmanship.
Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience with operational excellence, metrics, alarms and dashboards.
It’s Great If You Have
Experience in modern FinTech or Payments organizations.
Domain knowledge in financial reconciliation, financial reporting, tax, or payment methods like virtual cards.
Hands-on experience with Spark, ETLs, and queueing systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Experience with infrastructure tools like GitLab, CI, Kubernetes.
Experience developing and debugging large-scale distributed systems.
Experience leading projects or teams with ownership of systems involved.
