Position: Senior Construction Project Manager Location: Salt Lake City office

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Construction Project Manager responsible for managing complex industrial construction projects that strengthen and extend the lifespan of structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing self-performed complex repair and restoration projects.

Overseeing front-end phases of restoration projects including investigative and engineering phases, and supporting the development of cost estimates and proposals for subsequent construction phases.

Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions with internal contracts teams.

Developing and managing project schedules in collaboration with field leadership.

Maintaining profit & loss responsibility and overseeing project financials.

Providing leadership, mentorship, and supervision to project teams and subcontractors.

Collaborating with estimators and sales teams on bids and proposals.

Evaluating project risks and exposure.

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Ensuring safety and quality standards are met on all projects.

Travel requirement: 25-50%

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of relevant experience in industrial construction and/or restoration industry.

Experience managing projects valued between $5M and $15M, including structural concrete repair.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
