Our Expeditors are the liaison between the culinary and service teams to ensure dishes are executed correctly, on time and delivered to guests with perfection. They are the epitome of precision and efficiency, ensuring that each plate leaving the kitchen is a masterpiece. Responsibilities
An individual with 1+ years of customer service or restaurant support experience in a fast paced environment Oversees the flow of food from kitchen to dining room, ensuring accuracy, timing, and presentation Coordinate in the passthrough, directing traffic, and maintaining seamless operations Liaise between kitchen and service teams, conveying special requests and prioritizing orders efficiently Build effective relationships across both the service and culinary teams to prioritize the guest experience Remain organized and efficient, thriving under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role
Qualifications
An individual with 1+ years of customer service or restaurant support experience in a fast paced environment Oversees the flow of food from kitchen to dining room, ensuring accuracy, timing, and presentation Confident in taking charge of coordination in the passthru, directing traffic, and maintaining seamless operations A strong communicator who liaises between kitchen and service teams, conveying special requests and prioritizing orders efficiently A collaborative team member capable of building effective relationships across both the service and culinary teams to prioritize the guest experience An organized and efficient individual capable of thriving under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role
