Job Description/Requirements:

As a Real Estate and Facilities Project Manager Lead, you will:

Have real estate experience with leases, lease review, negotiations, and space planning. Possess strong knowledge of lease activity and detailed relationships with agents, property management teams, and landlords. Provide project support from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage. Be responsible for project management and space planning. Oversee and collaborate with site teams, landlords, GCs, IT, Move Support, etc., for new offices, expansions, relocations, closures, and restorations. Manage field offices remotely to minimize travel costs. Coordinate with field site teams, landlords, and GCs regarding construction CD's, space planning, and project management to ensure plans are accurate and projects are completed satisfactorily. Be responsible for budgeting and financial cost preparation. Oversee property rent, utilities, and all O&M maintenance and repairs. Manage a large number of invoices efficiently. Handle O&M requests for both local and field operations. Manage existing furniture requests and move support as needed. Oversee multiple projects and requests simultaneously, requiring strong attention to detail. Obtain Certification of Occupancy for new offices before occupancy and ensure all trades provide insurance certificates prior to work. Oversee LL TI and GC construction schedules to ensure timely move-in/occupancy, and ensure all permits and construction documents are received and filed. Coordinate as the liaison between landlords and field staff for office requirements and repairs. Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, and city laws.

Requirements of Qualified Candidates:

3-5 years of experience in real estate, property management, and facilities, including leases, negotiations, and space planning. 3-5 years of experience leading or managing projects. Understanding of business processes and key issues related to facility and property management. OSHA certification, knowledge of interior design, systems furniture, AutoCAD layout design, and construction CD review. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HarborFlex.
