Angus Property Administrator
to join the team! The
Angus Property Administrator
is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Angus Anywhere work order management system.

Property Administrator Responsibilities
Manage the daily operation of the Angus Work Order System, ensuring it is running smoothly and efficiently.
Add, update, and maintain staff, tenant and vendor user profiles, permissions, and service categories.
Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues to IT or Angus support as needed.
Onboard new properties when needed
Track and follow up on open requests to ensure timely completion and tenant satisfaction.
Update work order statuses and maintain detailed service logs within the system.
Training & Support: Provide training to new users (staff and tenants) on using the Angus platform.
Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related questions or issues.
Create user guides, training materials or quick-reference materials as needed.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular and ad hoc reports on service request trends, completion times, and team performance.
Assist in identifying recurring issues or inefficiencies through data analysis.
Create Bulletins to be distributed by the Angus system.
Provide management with insights to support preventive maintenance and operational improvements.
Quality Control: Audit closed work orders to ensure proper documentation and resolution.
Ensure service standards and response times meet internal benchmarks and tenant expectations.
Support compliance with building operations protocols and service-level agreements.
Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in system administration
Technical experience with the Angus Anywhere/Cloud platform highly preferred
Strong knowledge of work order systems, preferably Angus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); familiarity with reporting tools is a plus
