As a Seasonal Warehouse Associate at R&R Solutions in Noel, MO, you will engage in a variety of essential warehouse activities that are crucial to our distribution operations. Your role includes receiving, inputting, sorting, loading, and unloading products, as well as organizing stock and maintaining inventory. You'll prepare and pack orders while ensuring each product meets our quality standards by inspecting for defects and reporting any damages. Your attention to detail will shine as you move materials from receiving areas to designated shipping points, often using dollies or forklifts for efficient transport.

Additionally, you'll be involved in disassembling self-checkouts, accurately documenting components in our XPM system, and ensuring a seamless flow of goods through the warehouse. Adherence to safety protocols and warehouse procedures is essential as you contribute to a high-performance, customer-focused environment. Other duties may be assigned to support overall warehouse operations and maintain our commitment to integrity and excellence.

To excel as a Seasonal Warehouse Associate at R&R Solutions, candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with prior warehouse experience and/or machinery certification being preferred. Strong organizational skills and effective time management are essential, along with a keen attention to detail in all tasks. The ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs is required.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Proficient in basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and Google Docs. Efficient use of inventory software is required.
