The Project Manager is responsible for managing the daily construction process from permit approval through project delivery to the Owner, including scheduling, coordinating trade partners, materials, equipment, and ensuring adherence to selections, specifications, quality standards, and budget. Call and prepare for municipal inspections, manage quality control, site safety, stormwater management, and warranty through the first year of home delivery. Direct communication with the Owner and provide schedule and photo updates as the project progresses. Supervise and schedule all trade partners and on-site personnel; manage daily productivity of tasks, materials, and equipment. Verify trade partners complete their scope of work; conduct daily site walks and maintain an active punch list. Perform quality control walks at each construction phase; maintain daily logs and project photos. Complete tasks for A/P processing within BuilderTrend; document violations and seek corrective actions; coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions. Maintain a clean and organized job site; manage multiple residential projects simultaneously. Assist in budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts; adhere to all safety and security policies; report incidents and complete safety training. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience on high-end residential projects. Extensive knowledge of construction industry practices, local/state/federal building codes; ability to read blueprints accurately. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Buildertrend knowledge preferred. Strong customer service, interpersonal, oral and written communication, and teamwork skills.
