This is a senior, client-facing role focused on transformation, cloud, and AI-driven solutions.## Key Responsibilities:**Strategic Leadership & Growth**
• Drive portfolio growth with a focus on Cloud, Digital, and Transformation solutions.
• Shape and close deals aligned with account and business unit objectives.
• Target annual revenue growth exceeding $20M.**Client Engagement**
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives.
• Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships.
• Influence client decisions on engagement models and solution strategies.**Delivery Oversight**
• Lead large-scale programs (e.g., $5M+ cloud implementations) from inception to completion.
• Ensure delivery excellence across multiple projects, aligning with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Collaborate across service lines and competency centers to ensure seamless execution.**Domain Expertise**
• ***Deep understanding of banking domains: Capital Markets, Retail, Wholesale, Wealth, and Asset Management.***
• Align engagement objectives with evolving client business needs.**Qualifications:**
• 10+ years of experience in sales and delivery-led roles within IT consulting or financial services.
• Proven success in managing large portfolios and delivering complex transformation programs.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
