Base pay

$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing engineering, preferably in medical device or other regulated industries
• 3+ years of people leadership experience (engineers/technicians)
• Strong track record with Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement
• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and ERP systems
• Experience with regulated manufacturing environments (FDA, ISO 13485, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (advanced degree a plus)
