As a tutor on the platform, you can set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and impact students' learning—all from home.

Responsibilities

• Tutor online 1-on-1 with students; provide personalized instruction using the Live Learning Platform.
• Accept on-demand tutoring requests where available.
• Leverage the AI-powered Tutor Copilot features to support instruction and engagement.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in ACSM and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Priority given to those with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education.

Compensation and Logistics

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour, with increases for specialized subjects; pay can reach up to $40/hour with the same student.
• Get paid up to twice per week; you invoice for sessions and the platform handles payments.
• Set your own hours; tutor remotely; no commuting.
• We handle logistics; you focus on tutoring.
