Salesforce Lead

TEKsystems . We are seeking a Technical Lead to participate in development activities spanning multiple Salesforce platforms. Location note: Columbus, OH (hybrid). Responsibilities
Independently build and unit test components as well as work with Dev/QA team members to resolve code and configuration-based defects. Lead a dev team and provide guidance/mentorship as needed. Provide direction to the dev team to conduct research and document results for new Salesforce capabilities or review existing platform-related issues. Lead proofs of concept with architects to evaluate and document new designs, integrations, patterns, and practices. Participate in agile practices and ceremonies through scrum team planning sessions, user story refinement, daily status updates, and code reviews; provide leadership to team members. Lead enhancements to DevOps processes (pipelines, monitoring, test automation). Understand enterprise cross-system integration concepts such as processing events and interacting with APIs. Design, document, and develop development patterns and best practices for consumption by COE technical delivery organization. Mentor technical delivery staff. Salesforce technical lead Sales Cloud experience and Service Cloud is a must-have Must have: leadership skills, ability to understand work through deployments, understand how DevOps works, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Person on a scrum team that would lead the developers This person will be working with product owners, BSAs, other tech leads, etc. Salesforce Cloud – migrating to Financial Services Cloud Layer on top of Sales Cloud Peer review, deploy code, standards for coding practices Mentor for junior developers Doing a lot of design work, peer reviews, a little less hands-on development We also have offshore in this case Onshore-only tech leads – this team has 3 tech leads Only open to Columbus Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree Min 4 years of progressively responsible technical and business work experience developing enterprise-level applications which includes Salesforce.com full-stack development experience. Min 2-3 years in a scrum team environment Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) SFDC Data Model knowledge across various cloud/products and strong data modeling experience. Subject matter expertise in branching/code merging practices in GIT (or equivalent) repository. Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certifications such as Admin, Platform Developer (1 and 2), Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience highly preferred Salesforce managed package evaluation, deployment, and upgrade experience highly preferred Experience with Salesforce CI/CD (Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, etc) Experience with other Salesforce products like MuleSoft, Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
