Overview
The Grants Administration Manager oversees the administration and compliance of partner-centered grantmaking and regranting processes across the organization. This role involves administering and enhancing systems for due diligence, compliance, and reporting. The Grants Administration Manager plays a key role in working closely with nonprofit partners to ensure adherence to grant requirements and effective data collection. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of funding models, grant and regrant compliance, due diligence, and a proactive approach to partner support and infrastructure building. This role collaborates closely with internal teams, including finance, legal, and program staff, as well as external partners, to ensure the smooth and timely execution of grants. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to operational excellence, playing a key role in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of organizational funding practices.
