Candidates will be responsible for the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the facilities described below. Eligible candidates need to have a High School diploma or GED.

Kitchen

Requested services:
1. Bathrooms

• Restocking toilet supplies (soap, toilet paper, toilet paper towels, toilet seat covers)
• Clean restrooms (bathroom sink, toilets, urinals)
• Clean and polish restroom fixtures, walls, mirrors, floors mopping

2. Cubicles

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting desks (if empty)
• Trash removal
• Carpet cleaning

3. Offices

• Vacuuming
• Mopping

4. Kitchen

• Cleaning refrigerator's exterior
• Cleaning and polish countertop, sink, microwave, coffee maker (Exterior), ice maker
• Cabinets exterior and countertops

5. Floors

• All floors to be cleaned by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
• Buffing - Includes buffing with brush and periodic buffing with cylindrical floor machine using fine steel wool cylinder to remove traffic marks, heavy foot traffic

6. Conference Room/Change room/Office area

• Conference room monitor cleaned and dusted
• Dusting all the furniture - entire office
• Dusting ceiling corners - entire office
• Cleaning inside windows and mirrors
• Clean and polish conference table
• Gathering trash and emptying trash bins, clean all recycle bins
• Outside window cleaning
• Blinds dusting

• All cleaning supplies and toiletries are on site, so no need to provide. They only equipment that is not available is a vacuum cleaner which they will need to bring with them.
