As an Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for managing and maintaining the daily functions of the office for the maintenance department. Previous office management experience is a requirement for the position. Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with the ability to multi-task and work independently, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system, including master income report
  • Assisting in end of month inventory
  • Provide superior customer service to all members and guests
  • Submit invoices for processing
  • Assist in the administration of membership sales
  • Participates as needed in special department projects
  • Participates in department meetings
  • Maintenance of office supplies and files
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Education And Experience Requirements

  • A minimum two years of previous experience in bookkeeping/office management
  • Business-related degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, Federal Express and UPS
  • Ability to maintain high level confidentiality
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must possess exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be highly motivated, goal driven and self-starter
  • Knowledge of the golf and country club business is a plus
