Job Description

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at AWS. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Possessing a deep understanding of AWS products and services, you will architect complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to customer needs. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess infrastructure, and propose migration strategies to AWS. As a trusted advisor, you will guide customers on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions, leading the implementation process, ensuring best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks.

The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts helping customers realize their cloud goals, working with the AWS Partner Network (APN) and providing enterprise cloud adoption guidance across various solutions, technologies, and industries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
  2. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during project delivery.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose migration strategies.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  5. Mentor, train, and create reusable artifacts to share knowledge within the organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years as a contact center technology architect or senior developer with platforms like Amazon Connect, Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NICE InContact, Salesforce, etc.
  • 3+ years designing and implementing NLP/NLU solutions using frameworks like Lex, Dialogflow, Rasa, or Azure Bot Service.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with REST APIs and web services, integrating contact center platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation).
  • AWS Professional certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional).
  • Experience with automation scripting (Terraform, Python).
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Amazon Connect or Lex deployment and architecture.
  • Experience incorporating generative AI into contact centers.
