Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst with at least one year of experience to join our remote analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and organize healthcare and operational data from various sources.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

  • Analyze data trends and provide insights to improve business performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting needs.

  • Assist in building data pipelines and automating data collection processes.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems.

  • Present findings to management and stakeholders in a clear, data-driven manner.


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 1+ year of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare or related industries.

  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred).

  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and data storytelling.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.


Preferred Skills
  • Experience with healthcare or insurance datasets.

  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and data privacy standards.
