Weihe Construction, Inc. is seeking skilled heavy equipment operators to perform mass-excavation on a Dirt Crew. Offers will be commensurate with experience. Qualified candidates will have experience operating one or more of the following pieces of heavy equipment:

Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment on a Dirt Crew, including mass-excavation tasks
• Perform earthmoving and site preparation as directed
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with project specifications

Qualifications

• Experience operating one or more of the following: Haul Truck, Roller/Compactor, Excavator, Bulldozer, Scraper
• Sought-after skills: Finish-grading with GPS, Top-loading haul trucks, Digging at grade, Blueprint reading
