Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, pots and pans, utensils, etc. via machine-assisted and manual washing methods.
• Ensure relevant machines are in proper working order and that the operation is stocked with necessary chemicals.
• Stock glassware, tableware, plates, etc. for colleagues’ use.
• Assist in cleaning kitchen areas.
• Follow all safety requirements and training with the dish machine.
• Support BOH staff in their duties.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, mechanically well-maintained workspace.
• Possess timely and dependable work habits.

Education and Experience

High School or better is preferred but not required. No experience required.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present our menu to guests and answer questions. Must be able to speak English.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
