Job purpose

Job Purpose: Supports and directs the Management Teams in assigned restaurant through role-model leadership of the Company’s Core Values. Maintains restaurant consistency by assisting in managing overall operations for the restaurant by focusing on Systems, Guest Count/Value, People, and EBITDA.

Responsibilities

• Manages restaurant operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies.
• Promotes and complies with implemented programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit.
• Provides direction and structure for hourly Team Members based on General Manager guidelines.
• Implements improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.
• Identifies operational issues and provides timely feedback to the team to impact opportunities.
• Validates and teaches all brand systems to Team Members so they may achieve Company goals.
• Follows and promotes all operational goals and follow-up plans set forth by the General Manager.
• Achieves budgeted goals for each accounting period.
• Ensures guests receive fresh, high quality food and outstanding service according to brand standards.
• Assists Management team with Local Store Marketing initiatives to increase guest counts.
• Reviews Shopper Report and InMoment trends and develops targeted corrective action steps with the Management team to address deficiencies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to cope with pressure, multiple deadlines, and working under pressure
• Ability to develop high-performing, cohesive teams
• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with fellow Team Members
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with all Team Members
