We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Mobile, AL . This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working as part of a dedicated and collaborative healthcare team. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function.
Responsibilities:
Perform patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to restore function and improve mobility.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention techniques.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records in the EMR system.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including PTAs, physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and facility policies related to patient care and documentation.
Qualifications:
Doctorate (DPT) or Master s (MPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current Alabama PT license or eligibility for licensure.
CPR certification (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a clinical setting (preferred but not required).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
